Project Officer, Health Centre; Health, Nutrition and Population Programme (HNPP) Number of Position: NA Job Location: Dhaka Salary: Negotiable Educational Requirement: BBA / BPharm from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. Candidates having MBA will get preference Experience:2 to 3 year(s) Responsibilities:Select and acquire new site/ centre following the market feasibility report and getting it duly approved by the concerned personnel from the programme within required timeDevelop new centre as per the designed architectural drawing with the help of engineering departmentMaintain close relation with the regulatory officer of concerned area/ head office for every kind of licensing issuePrepare and develop the annual/ quarterly/ monthly purchase plan related to various activities of the programme with the help of supervisor to ensure on-track business performance Ensure accurate demand, supply and purchase of medicine with other additional items to the centre by maintaining the process of supply chain/ procurementEnsure quarterly/ monthly inventory/ stock check of individual centres having frequent field visit to avoid the loss or damage of the stockAssist to prepare and deliver the monthly/ quarterly revenue target to the field operation manager on timeFollow up centre-wise monthly expenses as per approved monthly budgetEnsure regular and on-demand reporting (revenue, MIS) to the managementEnsure administrative activities of all centres and field operation of all employees are running smoothly and accuratelyAssist to organize various workshop and training to improve the capacity of field staffMaintain relationship with other community stakeholders, and local healthcare organizations to track their activitiesEstablish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy.
